This role focuses on solving customer challenges through architecture guidance, business acumen, product expertise, and innovation, ensuring successful outcomes through sales cycles, engagements, and advocacy for customer needs. The position involves leading sales presentations, workshops, and mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• At least 12 years of consultation and/or configuration experience related to implementing complex technologies.
• Vast experience with leading creator, integration, software/platform experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult senior leaders.
• Customer-centric mentality.
• Strong capabilities in designing visually rich and professional conceptual design documents.
• Experience conducting solutions presentations and obtaining customer acceptance to solution design.
