Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in IT development, architecture, or engineering roles
- Deep technical background with hands-on experience in software development, systems integration, or architecture
- Proven success in delivering scalable, enterprise-wide solutions
- Expertise in ServiceNow and ticketing system migrations
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies
