Principal Solutions Engineer

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
