This role requires collaboration with various teams to shape scalable, secure solutions and mentor junior engineers. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software
- Understood LLM's for better operations and value communication
- Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains, ServiceNow, Halo, Jira, etc.
- Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and infrastructure
- Experienced in coaching and mentoring peers
- Experience leading complex solution design
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
