- Strong background in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, driving adoption, and delivering results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Solid project management skills, with experience managing multiple, large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with high visibility
