Principal System Analyst, E-Commerce

Corporate Functions is seeking a Principal System Analyst to drive strategic IT alignment with business goals and ensure technology investments deliver measurable value. The role involves aligning IT solutions with sales and marketing strategies, managing IT demand and portfolio, driving innovation through digital technologies, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations in China. This position requires a strong understanding of distribution and eRetail, project leadership, and collaboration with both business and IT teams.

Requirements

• Build deep domain knowledge of Sales and Marketing functions
• Serve as a liaison between business units and internal IT teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
• Lead cross-functional and virtual project teams
• Apply a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and/or chemical industries
• Experience with AI technologies and digital tools
