Sanofi is seeking a People Services Generalist to provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, and HR teams on Knowledge Management topics, queries handling, and standard operating procedure development.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in P&C or customer service support
- Familiarity with People Service tools (Workday, ServiceNow, QlikSense)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and data management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English (advanced level)
- Proficiency in local language (if required)
