People Services Generalist

Sanofi is seeking a People Services Generalist to provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, and HR teams on Knowledge Management topics, queries handling, and standard operating procedure development.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in P&C or customer service support
• Familiarity with People Service tools (Workday, ServiceNow, QlikSense)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and data management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in English (advanced level)
• Proficiency in local language (if required)
