ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant – ITSM to serve as the functional and technical expert on federal customer engagements. This role focuses on guiding customers in designing, configuring, and optimizing their ServiceNow ITSM solutions, accelerating business outcomes, and driving IT transformation. The consultant will be instrumental in driving IT adoption, customer satisfaction, and maximizing the value of ServiceNow investments.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into workflows.
  • Experience with IT process automation and reporting.
  • Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
  • 5+ years of hands-on configuration/development experience with enterprise technologies
  • Maintained skills/certifications in CIS-ITSM
  • Strong Web Technologies background
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, Workday, etc.
