Requirements

- Experience and Certification in ITIL / CMDB implementations
- Expertise in ITSM Processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Knowledge of ITOM / ITAM/ SPM and ITSM Application suites
- Proficiency in Windows and Unix Systems Administration
- Knowledge of IP Protocols
- Strong automation skills
- Knowledge of architectures like micro-services
