ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for the Customer Excellence Group, focused on driving customer business outcomes through expert integration and AI. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, leveraging AI capabilities to enhance customer experience, and solving complex user issues. ServiceNow is a global market leader in cloud-based AI solutions.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
- Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Expertise with ServiceNow's AI offerings (Virtual Agent, NLU, etc.)
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architectures
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with self-hosted implementation and/or domain separation (plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
