Job description
This role is within the Customer Excellence Group of ServiceNow, focusing on driving customer consumption, adoption, and satisfaction through ServiceNow integrations. The Principal Technical Consultant will design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms, working with customers to accelerate business outcomes and provide expert guidance on best practices. The ideal candidate is experienced in integrating AI into work processes and requires a significant understanding of Systems Integrations.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance Required
- 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers
- Demonstrated ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with Architecting and creating Complex high level architecture diagrams
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR, Remote Tables, Remote Process, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
