ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technology Consultant, CRM and Customer Workflows to drive customer outcomes through prescriptive guidance, particularly with a focus on integrating AI into workflows. This role involves educating customers about the ServiceNow platform, advising on configurations vs. customizations, and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. The consultant will work with various customer teams, contribute to process improvement, and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s AI tools.
Requirements
- Experience in AI integration
- 6+ years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult customer service professionals
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Generative AI
- Strong understanding of Data Compliance standards (PII/PHI)
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist (Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Application Developer)
- US Secret Clearance
