Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
  • Minimum 8 years in consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies.
  • Experience in customer service, sales order management, and telco services operations management.
  • Must hold or be able to achieve within the first 90 days ServiceNow certifications for CSM and SOM.
