Sword is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Owner / Manager to lead the governance, development, and optimization of their ServiceNow environment. This is a critical role within a global organization undergoing strategic IT transformation, responsible for driving customer and platform user experiences, operational efficiency, and innovation through automation and process improvements. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in managing platform upgrades and release cycles.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM, CTA) highly desired.
