Principal Workflow Architect - Technology Workflows (German-speaking)

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Workflow Architect to drive customer adoption and satisfaction for their ServiceNow platform. This role involves working with customers to assess their current processes, design future-state solutions, provide technical guidance, and deliver thought leadership. ServiceNow is a leading cloud-based AI-enhanced platform for over 8,100 customers, including a significant portion of Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as part of a professional services organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer environment
• IT domain expertise related to ServiceNow product
• Experience working collaboratively
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned area
• Experience with Web Technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Web Services, XML) and a SaaS environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills
• Fluency in German and English
