We are seeking a Principal Workflow Architect with expertise in ServiceNow product domains to deliver solutions and services in a client consulting environment. The role involves working with customers to assess current processes, design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, and provide thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise. The successful candidate will have experience in integrating AI into work processes, IT domain expertise, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization
- IT domain expertise related to ServiceNow product
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned area
- Experience with Web Technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Web Services, XML)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
