Requirements
- Incident Management End User Process Management
- Process, procedure, and documentation management
- Governance and multi-disciplinary coordination
- ITIL Foundation certification minimum
- ServiceNow ITSM, expertise on the Incident Management module
- Solicitation and workflow management tools
- Document management tools (Confluence, etc.)
