This role focuses on delivering AI-enhanced technology to customers within a ServiceNow organization, driving growth, and ensuring value realization through technical advisory and platform delivery. The AI Architect will lead GenAI enablement programs and contribute to thought leadership in the field, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired
- At least 8 years of experience in a technology advisory role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong industry connections and network
- Customer-focused mindset
- Must be able to travel up to 50% annually
