The Defense and Security sector is facing numerous challenges, and as a Product Expert ServiceNow, you will work on high-stakes projects for our Defense and Security clients, accompanying teams in the optimization and evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent university degree
- Significant expertise in Service Now in a technical or functional advanced role
- Mastering ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps (according to the need)
- Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, API REST/SOAP)
- Ability to configure and personalize Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Ability to work in a team and have a strong motivation to get involved in high-stakes projects
