ServiceNow is seeking a Product Management Director to drive the strategy, execution, and evolution of a high-impact, adaptive user experience on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow's architecture, capabilities, and best practices, as well as experience in leveraging AI into work processes and decision making.
Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience
- Ideally 8+ years of experience within the ServiceNow suit of products
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform offerings, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or other enterprise workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering about APIs, data models, permissions, and extensibility
- Empathy for users, analytical mindset, and execution focus
