Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in product management or business analysis within banking or financial services.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, methodical, and results-oriented mindset.
• Client-focused with a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in Agile environments is an asset.
• Proven experience managing at least two teams.
• Certification in Product Owner with a track record of delivering change.
