Product Owner Consultant (Service Now)

The Product Owner Consultant will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects to deliver products that achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5+ Years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, or other Agile-related role
• Proven track record as a strong collaborator and communicator
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) or related domains or ServiceNow modules
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
