We are seeking a skilled Product Support Analyst to support our organization's data management strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data standards, monitor data quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data integrity and support informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Exhibits a strong aptitude for analytical problem-solving and enjoys troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities, thriving in both team environments and in cross-functional collaborations, particularly in virtual settings.
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members, whether it be through Teams meetings, emails, or in-person interactions.
  • Is a motivated self-starter, capable of effective prioritization and follow-through.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and is attentive to detail.
  • Experience with Data Management, Data Governance, and/or Data Quality
  • Proven experience in managing request queues and adhering to SLAs.
  • General understanding of financial business processes and framework preferred (AR, AP, FA, PA, GL, etc.)
  • Tools/Applications
  • Experience working in Salesforce and/or SAP
  • ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Experience with data visualization and data analytics tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Strong communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills, with a history of delivering superior customer service.

Requirements Summary
