You will be a member of the Technology Hub Services team, working with project managers, business teams, Technology Risk, and developers to engineer and streamline processes for collecting and validating technology asset data across the enterprise. You will support the creation and maintenance of processes and workflows in ServiceNow to facilitate data capture and processing, integrations, and exception and approvals administration.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years prior work experience working in a production support or infrastructure support environment
  • Significant Experience with data management via SQL, Power BI, etc
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident and change management)
  • Demonstrated ability to produce standardized process mapping
  • Results oriented team player with experience building, deploying and managing technology
  • Proven project management skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)
  • Understanding of data integrations via APIs and REST endpoints
  • Experience implementing third party systems and working with vendor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Requirements Summary
