We are seeking a Production Engineer to support Enterprise Data Services (EDS) Prod environment. As a key member of the Prod support team, you will bring an innovative approach to application/infra support, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices. You will work with a creative, collaborative, and innovative team to satisfy complex and diverse business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in ETL design tools (Pentaho) in a Big Data environment
- Experience in working with relational database management systems
- Scripting experience in Python/Shell
- Proficient at using Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and service monitoring tools
