Join us and experience Bunnings from the other side of the counter! We are seeking an experienced Production Services Lead with strong technical change management experience to lead our dedicated team at Bunnings.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years Experience in technical change management within large enterprise technology environments.
  • Extensive ITIL service management background with strong expertise in Change Management.
  • Proven Experience leading CAB.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools, particularly ServiceNow and an understanding of CSDM.
  • ITIL Certificate 4 is required.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or related fields; Agile or PRINCE2 certifications are highly regarded.
