HELPLINE, a French digital services company, is recruiting a bilingual English Production Supervisor to join a multilingual support team dedicated to a luxury client. The successful candidate will manage a team of IT support technicians in three languages, plan and coordinate the team's activity, and prepare and animate client instances.
Requirements
- Experience in computer science and team coordination
- Fluency in English
- Organizational and managerial skills
- Autonomy, empathy, and ability to synthesize and anticipate
