We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and health of our production environment, resolving incidents, and improving the customer/user experience.
Requirements
- Good understanding of SQL
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
- ITIL knowledge
- Demonstrated 2 years experience in production support
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Agile processes
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC, aka. Application Development Lifecycle)
