Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent education.
  • Five years of IT experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Apple/Samsung smartphones.
  • Proficiency in general network design and troubleshooting from a connected device perspective.
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
