Volvo Group is seeking a Professional Support Specialist IT- Infrastructure to deliver infrastructure solutions to business facilities in Hagerstown, MD. This role involves supporting end-users and remote locations, utilizing both standard and global processes, and working in a matrixed environment. The position focuses on providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues related to IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent
• Five years of IT experience preferred
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
• Strong technical skills to support IT devices
• Proficient in general network design and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Zabbix and ServiceNow
