The Program Coordinator - Asset & Vendor Management is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving an IT Asset Management Program (ITAM/SAM) covering all ITS assets, including hardware, software, and contracts.
Requirements
- Develops an asset management governance
- Maintains a centralized asset database
- Works with stakeholders to identify and implement processes and controls
- Manages ServiceNow IT Service Catalog
- Develops processes and procedures to manage and monitor asset refresh lifecycles
- Creates and manages a Software Asset Management (SAM) governance
- Creates a financial management framework for IT asset management
- Ensures proper tracking of all vendor contracts
- Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Partners with Finance, Purchasing, and Legal Departments
- Develops processes to ensure internal audits are conducted on a regular basis
- Researches, reviews, and recommends improvements to existing processes
- Extracts data from mobile service provider databases
- Generates and administers monthly mobile device reports
- Receives, processes, and reconciles all mobility device account invoices
- Manages the mobile device overages process
- Performs additional duties as assigned
