Program Director

ServiceNow is seeking a Program Director to manage key internal and external initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to the organization's mission. This role involves managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, and influencing project direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI integration and be comfortable in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Minimum of 12 years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization.
• 8+ years of software implementation at an enterprise level.
• Excellent cross-functional, Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting.
