Optus is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join their Network Delivery Office. The role focuses on managing and executing complex transformation projects within the Networks division. The Program Manager will lead program execution, manage risks, and contribute to achieving business objectives while leveraging various tools and fostering program success.
Requirements
- Manage a multi-year transformation roadmap to deliver strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end transformation programs.
- Lead the development of status, compliance, financial, and benefits reporting.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks.
- Operationalize improvement initiatives by enabling teams and delivering targeted training.
- Leverage tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
