DMI is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the execution of IT operations and maintenance services, serving as the primary interface for project stakeholders. Responsibilities include program oversight, stakeholder coordination, project plan development, performance monitoring, risk management, transition support, agile compliance, team supervision, and deliverable oversight. The position requires proficiency in data analytics, strategic communication, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and SaaS tools.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong strategic communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Advanced ability to create professional briefings and documentation.
- PMP, CISSP or CISM certified
- Agile Knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
- Systems engineering lifecycle knowledge
- Understanding of configuration and risk management best practices
- Federal or enterprise IT operations experience
- CAPM, PgMP, PMI Scheduling, or Risk Management Professional certification
- Successful completion of a government security screening and/or Secret Clearance
