We are looking for a Program Manager – Future Operating Model to lead a major, multi-year organisational and technological transformation of Ypto's IT operating model.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in programme or transformation management within IT
- Demonstrated success leading multi-year, multi-workstream business or IT transformation
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
- Experience within transportation, public sector, or large corporate environments is a plus
