Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Future Tech Enterprise is seeking a Program Manager to support the VP of Corporate Strategy. This role involves strategic planning, program enablement, thought leadership, and program execution. The position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and reports to the Director of Program Management. This full-time, on-site position is based Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, program management, or PC lifecycle services.
• Demonstrated ability to support senior executives with customer-facing presentations, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows and ERP processes.
• Proven success in bridging strategy and execution, particularly in program onboarding or enablement roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• PMP or other program/project management certification (preferred).
