Program Specialist-Cell & Gene Therapy

We are seeking a Program Specialist to join the department of Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy in our collaborative efforts on the immune monitoring of patient samples. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, organizing and disseminating information related to patient research samples, maintaining and communicating weekly sample calendars, and organizing sample pick-up and distribution to key stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 1+ years of experience in program coordination
• Some experience/knowledge in working with project planning tools like MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office is a plus
