Project Coordinator / Technical Business Analyst

CISA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Technical Business Analyst to support technology initiatives by capturing and documenting requirements, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will involve Agile methodologies and ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow and experience in IT, particularly within a security or engineering context.

Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop and update architecture diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track and manage action items, risks, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize ServiceNow for workflow tracking, incident/request documentation, and change management processes.
