The Project Leader will be responsible for performing various tasks, including onboarding duties, training new users, coordinating hiring activities, and managing consultant hours. The candidate will also be involved in data validation and analysis, building reports, and participating in peer reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience in onboarding and training employees
- Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts
- Experience working on agile project teams
- Experience assisting or managing small projects
- Experience in monitoring and facilitating audit processes
- Experience working with large teams (75+) to receive, monitor, and resolve issues and requests
- Experience working with all levels of management in a professional capacity
- Experience working in a team environment while also being independently productive
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field
