Zayo is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and support key initiatives within our Network Operations Center (NOC), focusing on automation, new ticketing system implementation, and continuous development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a telecom or NOC environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or scripting with a focus on automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Proven experience managing technical projects involving automation and service. management/ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
- Strong understanding of NOC operations, incident management, and ITIL best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
