Project Manager - Ostrava

Devoteam is an AI-driven tech consulting firm looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage complex ServiceNow and Cloud consultancy & implementation projects.

Requirements

• A University Degree
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Overall ServiceNow background as End User, but not a subject matter expert
• Project certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CSM, CSPO,...)
• Fluency in English
• A proactive, structured approach to problem-solving, coupled with flexibility and self-direction
• Excellent communication and change management abilities
• Experience leading global, multicultural, and cross-functional teams
• Strong consulting skills, including effective communication, presentation skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile implementation projects
• IT project management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading software implementation projects
• Project Management certification (PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar)
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects
