As a Project Manager, you will lead strategic service improvement and continuous improvement projects, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Project Identification, Definition & Delivery
- Lead and manage multiple, large-scale service improvement and CI projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, proactively manage stakeholders, interdependencies and risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams
- Evaluate the right set of KPIs to sustain the generated improvements from the projects
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
- Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving sessions to drive engagement and results
- Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
- Mentor colleagues, offer strategic and tactical project support, share project management best practices, and help to standardize methodologies across the Services organization
- Act as a subject matter expert for CI tools, methodologies, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
