ILUNION IT Services is seeking a professional IT Services Technician to resolve Level 1 incidents, offer IT support, and provide technical assistance to users on infrastructure systems. The role involves hardware and software diagnostics, customer communication, and documentation of issues, including experience with Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and Jira/Remedy/ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Higher Education Vocational Education in Information Systems in Networks (ASIR)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HelpDesk as a Level 1 technician and IT technical support
  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with active directory
  • Experience with antivirus incidents
  • Experience with hardware/software incident resolution
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience with printer configuration
  • Experience with smartphone device configuration
  • Teamwork and customer service skills
  • Strong English level

Requirements Summary

ASIR diploma. 2-3 years in helpdesk/IT support. Experience with Windows 10 & Microsoft 365. Excellent English skills
