The Project Manager is responsible for overall management of the project team, facilitating workflow, and providing final oversight and quality assurance. The role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, technical architecture principles, and agile delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience
- At least 6 years of experience leading projects or contracts with demonstrated ability to manage a project and to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks
- Current project management professional (PMP) certification
- Prior experience at Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) or other DoD Agencies
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies
