As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing information technology projects within an organization. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Project Management Certification (Prince, PPM, AgilePM)
  • ServiceNow: CSA and SPM Certification
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • ITIL Certification ISO20000 Certification Beneficial
  • DEVOPS Certification Beneficial
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
  • Solid technical background and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Experience in managing project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Knowledge and application of Best Practice Standards and Governance (ISO20000, ITIL, COBIT2019)
  • Deep understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and tools in the IT field
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, as well as experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and manage employees effectively
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good understanding of business strategy and how technology can support and drive business goals
  • Able to manage change effectively
  • Familiar with industry regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, and others
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
