The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in program or technical project management, expertise in ServiceNow, and strong communication and team skills.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in program or technical project management – including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- 5 Years of expertise in ServiceNow. Deep experience with building reports and dashboards, CMDB, Incidents, Change, and Service Requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
