Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow project management and implementation
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITSM)
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
