QA Test Engineer, Global Trade

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Engineer to ensure the quality of our market-leading Global Trade Management solution, ONESORCE Global Trade. The QA Test Engineer will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, perform various types of testing, and lead quality assurance efforts to identify and report defects.

Requirements

• Strong QA skills and 3-7 years of experience successfully managing complex client-facing projects
• Automation expertise and experience working with automated tools such as HP Quality Center etc., and/or experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow etc.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
• Data-driven approach and ability to analyze test results, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
• Team player and ability to work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Passion for quality and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software products and continuous improvement
