ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their Solution Consulting team. This role focuses on supporting employee experience, customer workflow, and IT solutions sales within a globally recognized AI-enhanced cloud platform. The consultant will guide revenue for a products, provide strategic guidance, and partner with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- Must be already authorized to work in Japan
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart
