The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for developing test plans, executing tests, and leading testing activities to ensure the quality of technology products. The analyst will work with various teams to design, develop, and implement testing strategies, and provide guidance on testability and automation.
Requirements
- Typically, 5+ years of work experience in IT or business environment
- BS/BA or MBA/MS in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business
- 5+ years of experience in Manual testing, some automation experience an asset
- Experience with Waterfall testing methodologies, Agile & DEVOPS methodologies an asset
- Experience with mainframe tools such as TSO/ISPF, mainframe JCL job control language, Rexx, DB2 databases and CICS screens
- Experience using tools such as HPALM, ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience in Banking and Every Day Banking products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, creativity and perseverance skills
