We are looking for a Recruiter with English to build the bridge between candidates and the company, helping to bring people, talent, and mission together. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process, including developing search strategies, contacting candidates, and negotiating contractual conditions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruiting
- Completed higher education (at least a bachelor’s degree)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package, including Outlook
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is beneficial
